Our fridge services typically take 1 to 3 hours, depending on the type of service (diagnostic, cleaning, repair, or installation). Complex repairs or compressor replacement may take a bit longer.

2. Do I need to pay extra for spare parts?
No, all our rates include spare parts, sourcing costs, and partner conveyance. Labour charges are separate and capped at NPR 790 per appliance.

3. Is home visit service available?
Yes, Digital Marmat provides home visit services across Nepal. Your fridge will be repaired, cleaned, installed, or maintained at your home.

4. Can you service a fridge under warranty?
Yes, our services are compatible with warranty appliances. We only use authorized or approved parts, ensuring your fridge warranty remains unaffected.
